Ruth Waithira is a gifted speaker, therapist, coach and teacher. She has touched the lives and hearts of
many through her work as a therapist and a coach. She holds a Masters Degree in Counselling
Psychology and is also a Certified Master Life Coach as well as a Certified Practitioner in Healing the
Inner Child.
Her passion to write this book ‘Hidden Abuse’ was inspired by her work in therapy dealing with women
who struggle with relationship difficulties whose nature hindered them from being labelled as abuse.
Her own life experiences enriched their encounter in therapy.
