A Ray of Hope is a play in which Nela and Ramon are the main characters can pass as a comedy even with Ramon’s 10-year jail term for corruption without the option of a fine.

The Play projects hope at 3 levels.

At community level, when through the efforts of the young generation who have broken tribal barriers and different ethnic groups embrace each other in inter-tribal marriages, i.e. Ramon and Nela.

At societal/ national/ judicial level with Ramon’s 10-year jail term signifying a breakthrough in the fight against corruption which is a societal cancer.

At a personal level when Nela embraces Henry’s friendship, following the collapse of her marriage to Ramon, the playboy, hereby initiating the healing process.
