Dr. John Kithaka is the Founder and Group President of Fountain Enterprises Programme. He holds a PhD in Leadership, an MSc in Entrepreneurship, a Bachelor of Architecture, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Biblical Studies. A registered architect and corporate member of the Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK), he also serves as Chairman of the Kenyan Chapter of the Global Business Roundtable (GBR). His outstanding leadership skills earned him recognition as one of Kenya’s Top 40 under 40 Men in 2012, by the Nation Media Group’s Business Daily, and the Utumishi Bora award for the Pioneering and Innovative category (2015) by the Kenya Christian Professionals Forum. Dr. Kithaka is a renowned transformational leadership speaker and author of several books, including: Three pillars of Success, Wings of Excellence, Beyond Success, The making of great Nations and Gates of Dominion.

He is married to Catherine and together they are blessed with three children: Karen, Calix, and Karlin. They live in Nairobi, Kenya.
