As people who create, perform, design, write, shoot edit and build ideas, we all know that sometimes the biggest battles happen behind the scenes—self-doubt, burnout, comparison and trying to stay inspired. That's exactly why I wrote Dear Self. It's not just a book; it's a conversation with yourself about healing, resilience, growth, purpose and becoming the person you're meant to be, both in your creative journey and in life.
