Kelvin Lillan Kingwalor is a Kenyan educator, academic leader, mentor, and author passionate about shaping purposeful, disciplined, and future-ready young people. With over a decade of experience in education, he has served as a Biology and Chemistry teacher, Head of Science Department, Dean of Studies, and recently as a college Principal.

Through years of working closely with students, Kelvin has developed deep insight into the academic, social, and personal challenges affecting young people today. His work focuses on student success, discipline, mentorship, leadership development, and life preparedness.

He is the author of Success as a Choice, a practical mentorship book for high school students that explores themes such as discipline, time management, sexuality, peer influence, communication, resilience, spirituality, motivation, and the dangers of destructive habits such as drugs, betting, and pornography. The book is increasingly becoming a valuable resource for schools, guidance and counselling departments, and student mentorship programs.

Kelvin is also the author of 111 Poems, a reflective and expressive poetry collection that explores life, identity, love, struggle, purpose, society, and the human condition through thoughtful and emotionally resonant writing.

In addition to writing, Kelvin actively engages in student mentorship forums, motivational talks, and educational leadership conversations, with a growing interest in contributing to the future of education and youth development in Kenya and beyond.
