Esther Murungi is a Certified Human Resource Practitioner,
Certified Professional Mediator and registered member of the
Institute of Human Resource Management, with more than
15 years of experience in Human Resource Management
Practice.
She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of
Nairobi, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Kenyatta
University and an International Diploma in Human Resource Management from
Cambridge International College, UK.
Her work at the intersection of organisational leadership, employee experience and
workplace conflict has given her a practical understanding of how poor leadership
affects people and organisations. As a Workplace Strategy Coach, she supports
professionals navigating difficult workplace environments and mentors young
people as they make important career decisions.
