The Space Between Voices & Other Stories is a collection of short stories by three Kenyan authors: Bodges Mugendi, Carolyn W. Gatonye and Ochieng' Okumu, bringing together different voices, experiences and perspectives from Kenya.
The anthology explores the many stories that live within Kenyan society: the stories we tell openly, those we whisper, and those that remain buried in the spaces between what is said and what is left unsaid. Through its characters and settings, the collection touches on family, love, loss, culture, struggle, hope, and the everyday realities of Kenyan life.
